The curved blade of the Masters Collection Hyde Park Bird's Beak Parer makes an easy job of peeling and trimming circular fruits and vegetables. You can also shape and create eye-catching garnishes with the pointed tip. Forged from a single piece of high carbon, no-stain German steel, the blade resists corrosion and holds an extremely sharp edge. To ensure superior balance and strength, the knife has a full tang (the solid piece of steel from the tip through the handle) that runs the entire length of the handle. The handle and bolster have been contoured for the ultimate in paring comfort and control.
