Puree Sieve

The Endurance Puree Sieve is indispensable for preparing velvety smooth soups and delicate fine sauces.  Place cooked vegetables or fruits inside the basket and turn the large, comfortable knob.  The smooth wooden roller pushes the food through the fine stainless steel mesh while the scraper removes particles left on the sides.  Pot rest extensions will hold the sieve steady while cranking.  Made of dishwasher safe 18/10 stainless steel in a 3 quart capacity.
