Alchemy Bayou Ya-Ya Cajun Blend

The flavor you can't find anywhere but Lousiana.  This Cajun blend is hot but also full of flavor.  Traveling across the country last summer, we used this spice on everything--shrimp, quesadillas, zucchini.  A sprinkle will rejuvenate any dish.  A larger dose packs a hot punch perfect for jambalaya, gumbo, etouffee, red beans and rice--any classic Louisiana dish.

 

Ingredients: cayenne, celery seed, chilies, cumin, garlic, lemon zest, mustard seed, nutmeg, onion, paprika, tellicherry pepper, sea salt, thyme.
